Projects

Fulton Hogan has incorporated a new project with us at Batemans Bay Sewage Treatment Plant Stage 1 Augmentation. Upgrading the Treatment Plant will permit the effluent polishing pond to be decommissioned and the land to become available for the business park development. This will allow for the use of recycled water and improve the sludge-handling capacity of the plant, reducing risks to the environment.

The social benefits that we are seen to occur of this project is: preparation of land that will be used for added retail facilities, emergency service and business park facilities and the improvement of effluent quality that is discharged via the ocean outfall. Expected completion of this project is due November 2011.
