Heading & Associates is pleased to have been a key player yet again in the development of Victoria's roads.
The company was part of the $1.39 billion Monash-CityLink-West Gate (M1) upgrade - the biggest single state-funded road project in Victoria's history. The contract involved the construction of an additional exit ramp from the Bolte Bridge taking traffic to the Burnley Tunnel. This work significantly improved the West Gate Freeway's traffic flow and reduced problems involved with weaving and merging, leading to greater road safety and less congestion.
This complex upgrade was completed months ahead of schedule. Heading & Associates, Baulderstone Hornibrook and Thiess worked exceptionally well together to deliver safe, reliable, efficient roadworks. Many employees within the Alliance received awards from the VicRoads Safety Management Team for their outstanding achievements.
